Terms & Conditions, Charges and Account Application Form

These Terms apply to all sales of goods and services by Kew Computers Ltd (“we/us”).
By placing an order, the customer (“you”) agrees to these Terms. Any different terms you provide do not apply unless we agree them in writing.

• Orders must be confirmed in writing
• We may accept or reject any order
• Quotations are valid only at the time issued unless stated otherwise.

• Prices exclude VAT unless stated
• Delivery, installation or other services may be charged separately
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless agreed credit terms are confirmed in writing
• Late payments may incur interest at 3% above Barclays base rate, calculated daily.

• Delivery dates are estimates only—we are not liable for delay outside our reasonable control
• Risk passes to you on delivery or when goods are made available for collection
• We may deliver in instalments.

• We retain full ownership of all goods until payment is received in full
• Before ownership passes, you must keep goods safe, insured, and separate from other items
• If payment becomes overdue, we may recover the goods.

• You may cancel an order only with our written agreement
• Any costs we incur up to the cancellation date must be paid by you.

• Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only (unless we state otherwise in writing)
• The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from not following instructions
• You must notify us of any fault within a reasonable time.

• Returned goods must be in original condition and include any security or tamper-evident labels intact
• Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion in line with UK consumer law (where applicable).

• We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• We are not liable for loss of profit, data, or any indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods or services.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (eg. power failure, supply chain issues, strikes, extreme weather).

These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.

1^st 30 minutes £85.00 (+VAT).
Subsequent hour(s) or part hour @ £80.00 (+VAT) per hour.
